Our team of highly skilled professionals have a combined level of experience covering over 35 years as solicitors specialising in Employment Law. All of our legal team are members of the Employment Lawyers Association.

More importantly in our view we are fuelled by a burning passion to deliver the right results for our clients, and we are dedicated to the provision of commercially sound, proactive and innovative support to business.

  • Floyd Graham

    Managing Principal

    Floyd is Principal and founder of FG Solicitors. Floyd advises on all areas of employment law covering both contentious and non-contentious matters. Floyd particularly enjoys working on large projects such as restructures and working with clients to optimise the management of employee performance and employer/employee relationships. Floyd is also renowned for providing training on employment law issues and presenting at events about current employment issues affecting employers.
    Outside of work Floyd enjoys fast cars and motorbikes. He also enjoys reading and spending time with his children.

  • Peter Mawson

    Associate Consultant

    Peter has extensive experience in the leadership of professional service firms. As Chief Executive of a major commercial real estate practice he managed its sale to a global competitor in mid-2007. More recently, Peter was CEO of a central government Development Corporation until its statutory close. For FGS, Peter combines client and stakeholder engagement with a powerful market presence and strong business development skills. His support to FGS sits within a portfolio of roles across business leadership, planning, property development and regeneration.

  • Suk Yee Yeung

    Chief Financial Officer

    Suk Yee has been a member of the FG Solicitors team since its incorporation in June 2008. Suk Yee is responsible for the efficient running of the business. Her role is diverse and includes managing the financial infrastructure and contributing to the strategic development of the firm.

  • Helen Taylor

    Principal Solicitor

    Helen is a Principal Solicitor with more than 20 years’ experience of advising on a wide range of HR and employment law issues. Whether Helen is providing general HR support, advising on complex disputes or working on large scale business change projects, there will always be a strong client focus to ensure that commercial and practical outcomes are delivered whatever the issue. Outside of work, Helen has a busy family life but still finds time to enjoy music and the arts.

  • Riaz Bowmer

    Consultant Solicitor

    Riaz’s career includes senior in-house legal counsel positions at three listed companies and private practise with Pinsent Masons and DLA Piper where he was a partner and Regional Head of IT and IP. Prior to joining FG Solicitors as Consultant Solicitor he was Principal Legal Counsel of DST Financial Services International Limited (a multi-national provider of business process outsourcing to the financial services industry) responsible for legal relations with providers of IT products and services.

  • Jack Khurana

    Senior Associate Solicitor

    Jack has over 25 years' experience acting on behalf of businesses and senior employees in respect of commercial disputes and employment law matters. He was previously a Partner in a number of law firms both in the Thames Valley and in Leicestershire and brings with him a wealth of knowledge and expertise in his chosen disciplines. Jack advises on a range of contentious employment matters, including unfair and wrongful dismissal; discrimination; redundancy; TUPE; whistleblowing and advice on restrictive covenants. He also has extensive experience of drafting employment contracts and policy documents. Jack’s commercial dispute resolution practice encompasses complex breach of contract claims; professional negligence disputes; partnership issues; property and landlord/tenant disputes and debt claims including insolvency proceedings. Away from work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family, running, cycling, going to the gym, obstacle course races and the theatre.

  • Ramona Bakshi

    Legal Assistant

    Ramona joined the FG Solicitors Team having completed a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree and the Solicitors Legal Practice Course for which she achieved a commendation. Ramona brings focused delivery of exemplary support to the Legal Team. In her spare time Ramona enjoys spending quality time with family, attending concerts and travel.

  • Amie Suttling

    Legal Administration

    Amie has joined the FGS Business Support Team after obtaining a First Class Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree. Her ambition is to complete the Legal Practice Course, but currently is enthusiastic to be part of the team and learn through experience. Alongside her job, Amie also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as learning about different cultures and languages in her spare time.

  • Stephanie Black

    Business Support

    Stephanie joins the FGS Business Administration Team following the completion of A Level examinations in Mathematics, Business and ICT. Stephanie now wishes to satisfy a long held ambition to work in a legal environment. Aligned to a passion to succeed in her career are outside pursuits of travel and a love of fast cars.
